Ciò che troverete sui vostri tavoli parte da una passione sfrenata per tutto il cibo a km 0, di conseguenza da una ricerca accurata di tutti i prodotti locali.
Per ogni prodotto scoprirete provenienza e metodo di coltivazione così da poter immaginare di trovarvi lì, in prima persona, a raccogliere la materia prima.
Alcuni prodotti arrivano direttamente dal mio orto,
le paste sono fatte rigorosamente a mano così come il pane,
le marmellate ed alcune conserve.
Ritrovare la semplicità, il sapore di una volta, la convivialità
è questo il messaggio che voglio condividere con voi!
I piatti proposti rispecchiano la stagionalità ed il Km0 seguendo però le preferenze dei clienti che possono concordare il menu in anticipo.
What you will find on your tables starts from an unbridled passion for all food at km 0, consequently from a careful search for all local products.
For each product you will discover the origin and cultivation method so you can imagine you are there, firsthand, to collect the raw material.
Some products come directly from my garden,
pasta is strictly handmade as the bread, jams and some preserves.
Rediscovering simplicity, the flavor of the past, conviviality
this is the message I want to share with you!
The dishes offered reflect the seasonality and the Km0 following however the preferences of the customers who can agree on the menu in advance.
Il luogo…
Vi troverete a sud del Triangolo Lariano, nella provincia di Como, nel cuore della Vallassina in un caratteristico paese di montagna: Asso.
Posto tra la valli dell’alto Lambro gode di una posizione strategica, infatti comunica a nord con Civenna e la nostra splendida “Perla del Lario” Bellagio.
Dal paese si possono comodamente raggiungere le diverse montagne che lo circondano: i Corni di Canzo, il monte Megna, il Palanzone, il Dosso Mattone, il Barzaghino e Croce Pizzallo.
Senza sottovalutare la meravigliosa visita al Mulino Mauri ed al Mulino Valsecchi. Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Milano Cadorna è presente una linea diretta che porta ad Asso.

You will find yourself south of the Triangolo Lariano, in the province of Como, in the heart of Vallassina in a characteristic mountain village: Asso.
Located between the valleys of the upper Lambro, it enjoys a strategic position, in fact it communicates to the north with Civenna and our splendid “Pearl of the Lario” Bellagio.
From the town you can easily reach the various mountains that surround it: the Corni di Canzo, Mount Megna, Palanzone, Dosso Mattone, Barzaghino and Croce Pizzallo.
Without underestimating the wonderful visit to the Mauri’s mill and the Valsecchi’s mill. From Milan Cadorna railway station there is a direct line that leads to Asso.

Vi ritroverete in una dimora degli inzi del Novecento con un grande spazio esterno dove poter ammirare una stupenda vista sul paese e le montagne circostanti.
Un delizioso bersot coperto da un grande glicine vi accoglierà per un momento di gusto e attimi di relax. Per il vostro dopo cena vi aspetterà un angolo dedicato con comode poltrone.
Durante la stagione estiva potrete raccogliere con le vostre mani verdure ed erbe aromatiche, da poter portare con voi per gustare delle deliziose tisane.

You will find yourself in an early 20th century residence with a large outdoor area where you can admire a wonderful view of the village and the surrounding mountains.
A delightful bersot covered by a large wisteria will welcome you for a moment of taste and moments of relaxation. For your after dinner a dedicated corner with comfortable armchairs will be waiting for you.
During the summer season you can collect vegetables and aromatic herbs with your own hands, which you can take with you to enjoy delicious herbal teas.
